Advice on how to add fence posts. Installation of fence posts: methods of mounting various structures. Selection of columns by section

The complexity of installing fence posts directly depends on the material from which the fence sections are made. It makes no sense to install lightweight sectional "cloths" from corrugated board or mesh on monumental brick pillars; at the same time, heavy reinforced concrete sections cannot be mounted on metal columns.

Traditionally, the following types of fence posts are distinguished:

  • brick - for fences made of brick, metal, wood;
  • wooden - for fences made of chain-link mesh and picket fence;
  • metal - for fences made of corrugated board, mesh, metal;
  • asbestos-cement pipes - for mesh and metal fences;
  • concrete - for concrete fences.

Technologies for installing pillars in the ground

Depending on the design of the fence and the type of soil, the poles can be installed using the following technologies:

  • concreting;
  • driving directly into the ground;
  • installation on a strip foundation.

Concreting: features and stages of work

Installing fence posts with concrete is currently considered the most popular and versatile way to erect fence posts. It is relatively simple in execution and is acceptable for supports made of any materials - metal, wood, reinforced concrete, asbestos cement.

The sequence of work is as follows:

  • digging or drilling (depending on the diameter of the support) a hole in the ground;
  • installation and alignment of the column by level;
  • filling the space between the edges of the pit and the pillar with concrete.

Holes for supports of small diameter (for example, for fences made of welded mesh or corrugated board) are conveniently made using a garden drill. To make the work go faster, water is poured into the hole before drilling and left until absorbed. The soil becomes more pliable.

Concrete support "in section"

According to technology, the depth of the pit should be at least a third of the height of the column, if you install a support in a hole of lesser depth, this will significantly reduce the stability of the entire structure.

When concreting pillars in highly heaving soils, for greater stability, before pouring concrete into the pit, the free space is covered with the so-called sand-gravel "cushion" - a mixture of sand and fine gravel. The height of the pillow should be 10-15 cm below the edges of the pit. This space is filling up concrete mix.

If you order this service from specialists, you will have to pay 300-500 rubles for one post. excluding materials.

Punch method. Installation of screw piles

Driving into the ground is advisable when installing small-diameter supports in low-stony soils. The operation technology is elementary - the support is installed strictly vertically relative to the ground and driven into it with precise blows. For driving supports of small height (up to 1.5 m), an ordinary sledgehammer is used, it is more convenient to drive higher pillars into the ground with the help of a headstock. After each blow, the verticality of the driving is checked by level.

A progressive method of installing fence posts is the installation of screw piles. The pile is a metal pipe with a pointed end and a round screw-type base. The process of installing piles is the "screwing" of the support into the ground without the use of additional devices, only by pressure.

Advantages of screw piles as supports - low cost and ease of installation

As it enters the ground, the space between the propeller blades is compacted, which gives the support high stability. Screw piles can be used for hanging heavy fence sections - forged or concrete.

The cost of driving one pile is 1200-1500 rubles. (the price is affected not only by the brand of piles, but also by the type of soil into which the driving is done).

Installation of fence posts under the formwork

The most time-consuming and costly way to install fence posts is considered to be installation under concrete formwork (strip foundation). This method is appropriate for the construction of heavy fences made of brick or wild stone.

Formwork in progress

The stages of mounting pillars on a strip foundation are as follows:

  • trench digging (minimum depth 0.5 m.);
    ground installation metal pipes, around which a brick will subsequently be laid;
  • backfilling the trench with a sand-gravel mixture;
  • installation of formwork along the entire perimeter of the trench;
  • knitting a frame from reinforcement;
  • pouring concrete.

Pillars can be laid out at least 3-4 days after pouring concrete. In general, filling strip foundation- work that is beyond the power of a non-professional, therefore, specialists are involved in its implementation, even if the construction of the fence itself is carried out on its own.

The price of a running meter, taking into account the materials, depends on the height of the formwork: a tape 0.5-0.6 m high will cost 2800-3000 rubles, for a tape 1 m high they will ask for about 5000 rubles.

A corrugated fence is the most common type of fencing for suburban areas. The design of the fence consists of the corrugated board itself, supports and logs.

Installing a corrugated fence is not very difficult and does not require the use of special equipment and expensive equipment.

Many are interested: how to put up a fence from a profiled sheet on your own, without involving specialized teams. It is not difficult to do this even for a person without experience, for this you need only one assistant from your family or friends.

To carry out the installation of a fence from corrugated board, you will need:

  • Profiled sheets intended for the installation of fences.
  • Supports: they can be made from round pipes(easier to score) or pipes with a square section (it is easier to attach logs to them). If it is planned to install a combined fence with brick pillars, a pipe will still be installed as the core.
  • Transverse logs: for their manufacture, rectangular pipes or corners are used.
  • Self-tapping screws for metal.
  • Paint for supports and log.
  • Crushed stone and gravel for bottling.

To carry out calculations by the amount of material will help.

If you install the structure yourself, then a corrugated fence without installation will cost you only the cost of materials.

Do-it-yourself fence installation

First stage of work- territory preparation. You need to mark up the columns. The optimal distance between the posts is 2 meters. If the fence is low - one and a half meters, you can increase the distance to 2.5 meters.

The pegs are first placed in the places where the extreme supports and the supports of the gate group will stand. Then the places where the fence turns are marked: a peg is also placed there. After that, pegs are installed, marking the places for installing the remaining supports.

After marking, it is necessary, if possible, to level the area along which the fence line will run and stretch the twine between the pegs.

Installation of fence posts

Poles can be installed in several ways. Correct installation a high fence provides for the installation of a strip-pillar foundation.

On such a foundation with a plinth, a combined fence made of profiled sheet with brick pillars is also installed.

There is different variants installation of a fence from corrugated board of the simplest type:

  • Supports are hammered into the ground or screwed (only for round pipes);
  • Supports are installed using TISE technology with a concrete shoe;
  • The pillars are concreted;
  • The pillars are being packed.

If you want to make a do-it-yourself fence from corrugated board with a standard height of up to two meters in the middle lane on non-rocky soils, the most convenient installation technology is bottling. This method will protect the support from the effects of frost heaving forces.

To install the post, it is necessary to dig a hole with a drill to a depth of one third of the above-ground part of the support. On average, this is 0.7-0.8 m for the middle strip, plus 5 cm for the crushed stone pillow.

For higher fences and heaving soils, the depth of the hole can reach one and a half meters. The diameter of the hole should be 10 cm larger than the diameter of the pipe.

  • At the bottom of the hole, 5 cm of gravel is poured to create a cushion that blocks the effects of frost heaving forces. Gravel must be shed with water and carefully compacted.
  • Then the pipe support is installed according to the level. Pipes must be aligned vertically with a plumb line.
  • Along the edges, the hole is covered with gravel and rubble, broken bricks or stone, which are also spilled with water and compacted during the laying process. Some people fill the hole with a boot by two-thirds, and concrete on top.

After installing all the pillars, it is necessary to level them in height with a level and additionally, if necessary, score with a sledgehammer. If the fence is placed for a long time, the pipes can be concreted from the inside to reduce corrosion processes.

When concreting, it is necessary to pierce the poured concrete with a piece of reinforcement in order to expel all air bubbles.

The pillars of the gate group are installed on a strip foundation. Correct installation the fence of their corrugated board is the key to a long service life of the fence.

Lag installation technology

Logs can be fastened in two ways: by welding or by bolts. The welding seam is rather unstable to corrosion processes and requires the ability to handle the welding machine.

Bolted connection is more reliable and durable. Logs are fixed at a distance of 20 cm from the top of the support and from the ground. After installation, they must be carefully painted.

How to fix a profiled sheet?

The profiled sheet must be fixed together with an assistant, starting from the gate. Each sheet is placed vertically and attached to the lags with self-tapping screws using an electric screwdriver.

Two self-tapping screws fasten the sheet along the edges, and one in the middle on the log. The next sheet is overlapped by one wave.

Installation and installation: the final stage

After installing the profiled sheet, it is necessary to close the supports from above with plastic plugs. This will prevent water from entering the pipe.

If the profiled sheet is raised above the ground even by 5-10 cm, small rodents, dogs and rabbits can enter the territory of your site, which will disturb your peace. And from you, on the contrary, chickens and other domestic animals can escape.

But if the sheet rests on the ground, it will begin to rust. Therefore, after the installation of the fence is completed, it makes sense to make a two-way line along its line. concrete pavement with a slope. It will protect the corrugated board from rust and along it rainwater will move away from the fence. On this, the installation of a fence from a profiled sheet can be considered complete.

If you are interested in installation, you can see the photos and videos of the installation process presented on our website.

The depth of digging posts for a chain-link fence should prevent the fence from falling to the ground. In certain cases, the poles are driven in with the help of special tools that you can do yourself. Before choosing the length of the fence itself, you should outline the height of the support. After that, it is necessary to choose the most suitable materials for building a building.

Installation steps for fence posts

Before installing fence posts, you will need to decide on the installation method that will be optimal. Should be prepared in advance necessary tools and materials:

  1. Shovel.
  2. Building level.
  3. Garden drill.
  4. Cord.
  5. drainage material.
  6. Ruberoid.
  7. Sledgehammer.
  8. Solution container.
  9. Cement.

At the first stage, it is necessary to carry out planning and breakdown of the territory. You can mark places for poles on the site by driving stakes through which a cord or twine should be pulled. Neighboring pegs should be located strictly opposite each other.

Since a high load is provided at the corners, the diameter of the pillars is provided for more. The recommended distance to be observed is usually no more than 3 m. If the fence will be a heavy structure, then the distance will need to be reduced to 2.5 m. This will prevent sagging.

When the initial corner post is installed, you can proceed to dig in or drive in the next support, aligning its height relative to the first one using a hydraulic level. Between the installed racks, you will need to pull 2 cords at the bottom and top, they are needed as markers when installing intermediate poles.

A significant height difference (more than 25 cm) involves the installation of additional supports and a stepped fence. The installation of auxiliary racks requires the greatest strength of the entire structure, so they are mounted in places where gates and car gates are located.

The simplest materials and methods for installing support posts for fences make it possible to on your own. Fencing will not require special care and annual maintenance. Fences are often made of a profile or chain-link mesh. A budget option associated with the construction of wooden fences is not practical.

In complex structures, asbestos-cement and brick supports are used.

Proper fixation of the post requires checking the position using a vertical level. Each post must be the same height and must be aligned and aligned. If it is planned not to dig in the pillars, but to concrete them, then the strengthening of the fence should begin no earlier than after 3-5 days, so that the solution completely sets and hardens.

The process of arranging asbestos-cement fence posts requires appropriate calculations to eliminate mechanical impact, for example, due to heaving of the soil. The fragile structure of asbestos-cement poles at their low cost requires compliance with all installation rules.

Poles for mesh fences are usually made of asbestos-cement pipes, the diameter of which is 70-80 mm. They are light in weight, so they are considered convenient not only during installation, but also during transportation. Asbestos-cement poles are not durable, so they are used only for mounting lightweight structures. If the installation is not done correctly, the life of the structure will decrease.

The service life of an asbestos-cement support with proper installation should be more than 50 years. Before digging the posts for a fence, the height of which will be about 2 m, you will need to drill holes. Their depth is usually about 80 cm.

Often there are pillars with a diameter of about 12 cm. The asbestos-cement support is not considered strong, therefore it is only suitable for light structures. With proper installation, the service life exceeds 50 years. A concrete mortar is used to fill the expansion, and a ruberoid tube is used to strengthen the walls.

The protruding part of the roofing material should be 15 cm. It is necessary to make a timber formwork around it. The recess is not completely filled with concrete. While it has not yet frozen, an iron rod or a pin should be inserted inside the pit, the length of which is less than the height of the support itself.

After fixing the rod with a solution, you can mount the rack. To do this, it is necessary to fill with concrete all the remaining space up to the edge of the formwork, which must be securely fixed. In the hollow forms formed by the formwork, a concrete mixture is poured to the very top, which should prevent the accumulation of water.

To install a fence with asbestos cement supports, you can use a less time-consuming method. It is used when installing fences on sandy soils.

Principles for installing posts for mesh fences

Materials for the manufacture of the fence are brick, corrugated board or wood. They have different weights, so when erecting a structure, you will need to install racks that must be selected correctly. To completely hide the site from prying eyes, you should opt for pillars 3 m high.

The process of installing supports should begin with marking the site. Areas requiring fencing are often rectangular. First, the locations of the corner posts are marked.

If there are bends on the support installation line, then pegs can be used to indicate them. On them you will need to pull a fishing line or a strong nylon thread. This will determine the line of installation of intermediate supports. The depth of the pits does not have to be large. It is selected depending on the height of the future fence.

After marking, you can proceed to the preparation of wells, which is carried out sequentially:

  1. Holes are dug under the pillars with a depth of 40-50 cm.
  2. A sand cushion is arranged at the bottom of the well.
  3. Small gravel is compacted, covered with sand.

Pipes made of concrete, metal or asbestos cement are poured with a concrete mortar of a grade of at least M300, which makes the fence posts more stable. The internal cavity of the supports made of asbestos cement and metal is additionally reinforced with concrete pouring.

Pillars can be driven in if the soil structure is rather soft. In this way, you can install metal and wooden poles that do not collapse due to mechanical stress.

Driving in concrete supports is not advisable due to the large weight of the material.

The fixing of the posts should be perpendicular to the horizon line of the soil, as well as parallel to the supports located next to them. It is required to put the pillars without any slopes. The maximum distance between the installation sites should be 2–2.5 m. If the upper ends of the supports turned out to be uneven after installation, then they must be cut or sawn down.

Installation of metal supports with hooks for chain-link mesh

Netting is the most simple option, allowing you to create reliable fences for summer cottages. At the same time, it is important to choose the appropriate height of the support so that the fence does not squint over time, and the mesh does not sag. Before you install the supports evenly, you need to pay attention to the following main points:

  1. Metal poles should be buried to a depth of at least 80 cm.
  2. Mount hooks on each support used to attach the net.
  3. Pull the reinforcement through the mesh so that it does not sag.

Considering all the above rules, it must be remembered that you should not install hooks for the net after installing the posts in the ground, otherwise the entire fence will be skewed. Mounted hooks will need to be bent in advance in opposite directions. The amount of materials must be calculated before installing the structure.

The installation of the supports ends with the strengthening of the grid. You can get under it if it is not attached to a frame structure made of metal or a corner.

To fix the frame on the supports, metal elements are used, which are fixed on the racks by welding.

If the chain-link mesh cannot be fastened by the proposed method, then you can stop at another method. Steel wire with a diameter of 5–6 mm should be pulled over the upper and lower edges of the structure. It is a kind of frame on which you want to strengthen the grid itself. For fastening the web, a wire with a smaller diameter is used.

Rules for installing wooden fence posts

The perimeter of the site should be beaten off using supports with a diameter of 15 cm. Intermediate pillars should have a diameter of 10 cm. Drying and pre-treatment of the wood with a solution of copper sulfate is required before use. For this, an antiseptic preparation is also suitable, which allows you to destroy microorganisms. The lower ends of the wooden poles are resinous and wrapped in roofing material.

The best protection against moisture requires painting the posts oil paint. It is necessary to orient the fence posts with your own hands so that top part the column corresponded to the bottom of the tree from which the support was made. Thanks to this trick, water can be prevented from rising through the capillaries, so moisture will not accumulate inside the wooden poles.

How deep should the posts be buried? Forms of construction, for which wooden supports are provided, are light, and their fastening is simple. Wooden fence posts should be inserted into holes 1.5 m deep, which are made with a drill. If the height of the fence needs to be increased, then the posts will need to be embedded deeper. The length of the buried part is usually 1/3 of the total length of the post.

If we compare the diameters of the pillar and the pit, then the latter should be 2 times larger. To get a straight hole, the drill will need to be held vertically. To check the correct installation of the supports, you must use building level. The installation of pillars involves the periodic compaction of bulk material with scrap.

Installation of wooden poles is carried out in metal sleeves, which act as a casing for the recessed part. To prevent water from penetrating inside, the sleeve must pass close to the tree. For this, metal cylinders are used, the diameter of which is somewhat smaller than that of the pillars.

Method of driving metal supports into the ground

Driving supports into the ground is the simplest and most common way. A shovel is required to complete the installation of the pole. For this purpose, you can use a manual or electric drill. This tool allows you to make depressions in the ground, which are pits for supports.

A sledgehammer is used to drive in the supports, which can also be used to compact the earth around the pillars. In summer, heavy rain may fall or winter cold will come, as a result of which the supports will turn out to be rickety, and the tilted fence may completely fall. To install it again, just use a sledgehammer. This is an advantage of fences on supports driven into the ground.

The disadvantage of this method is that driving in supports requires a lot of physical effort. The post needs to be hammered into a hole of a smaller diameter so that it can fit snugly into the ground. This method is only suitable for arranging fences on heavy soils that have dense soil.

Metal poles are best suited for driving into the ground. Support cylindrical shape may have a diameter of 40–60 mm. The column can be a piece of metal or a profile having a square or rectangular shape.

The metal support is more durable, it has the greatest margin of safety, as well as the ability to withstand significant loads.

If you use the combined method of installing fence posts, then it is not considered reliable. Since it is required to dig the rack into a recess in the ground, and then fill it with concrete mortar. As a result, the underground part of the support can quickly rot. A concreted section of a metal pipe will be affected by corrosion. In any case, concrete pouring of the pillars is necessary, otherwise they will lose their perpendicularity to the ground and become unstable.

Do-it-yourself installation of concrete supports

Knowing how to properly install fence posts, you can use the method of concreting supports. The use of this universal method allows you to arrange strong fences for summer cottages, but they require large financial investments. It should be borne in mind that the installation technology by the combined method is only suitable for sandy soils.

In the ground, you will need to drill a hole into which you need to insert a pole. After that, the installed pole must be poured together with free space concrete mix. This method is not reliable because the function cement mortar associated with the usual filling of the space inside the pit, and not with maintaining the support of the fence.

If the soil is subject to heaving, that is, the volume of the soil increases under the influence of temperature changes, then as a result, the fence structure will be displaced or destroyed. Starting such work, you should take into account the features of the soil layers. Heaving often becomes noticeable after the winter cold.

The advantages that are inherent in concrete support posts are as follows:

  • the ability to select the height of the grid, taking into account the margin for the installation depth of the support;
  • concrete pillar structures are considered the most durable, their cross section has a size of 80–100 mm;
  • a concrete structure is durable, it does not require periodic repairs.

Concreting is an expensive method, but worth it as the life of the fence is increased. Concrete is not affected by wind, moisture or corrosion. The disadvantage of installation is the need to purchase special equipment that allows you to mount the mesh on the fence.

Fencing the site, in addition to protecting the territory from strangers, can also serve decorative element if the installation is carried out correctly, correlate the fencing device with landscape design. On the fence, the house is remembered in the first place. usually takes enough time, so you want to achieve the maximum quality of the structure so that it lasts as long as possible. The columns are load-bearing structures, so they need to be dug into the ground to a well-defined depth, the durability of the fence will largely depend on this.

Methods for manufacturing fences are different, as are the materials of manufacture: corrugated board, plastic fence, for example. you choose what to do. Here we will talk about how to dig or hammer pipes for the fence.

Pillar materials

Wood

traditional material. Today wooden crafts good quality are quite expensive. They are made from solid hardwood logs.

best resist negative impact environment(temperature, humidity, mold):

  • pine;
  • ash;
  • larch;
  • mulberry;

They are followed by spruce and fir. You can not make poles from birch, maple, linden, aspen, alder and. To increase the service life, treatment with antiseptic preparations and firing to a state of charring is necessary.

Usually wooden poles are dug in when the pillars are made from wooden planks.

Metal

Metal poles are widely used. Frequent decision- a wooden fence on metal poles. But the combination with a wooden picket fence, chain-link, metal profile is successful. This support can withstand a serious load. Metal is more durable than wood, although pre-treatment against rust is required. In order to extend the term operation, an annual renewal of the paint layer is carried out.

There are options from:

  • hollow welded pipes;
  • metal profile of square section.

Strict requirements are imposed on the diameter and thickness of the metal, since practicality and reliability must be ensured. Optimum Ø = 6 cm, if the wall thickness is from 2 mm. Fastening to the support of the log and other elements of the fence is simple and fast.

Concrete and asbestos-cement pillars

Concrete poles are durable, but have a number of disadvantages. Asbestos-cement columns are inconvenient during installation and are not combined with every material, they are prone to rupture due to freezing water inside. Mainly concrete pillars for powerful colorful fences.

brick supports

Difficult to install, highly decorative. Only experienced specialists can bury such supports, which is why the construction of a fence becomes very expensive. Before installation, a foundation is equipped that will take the entire load from heavy supports. The correct installation is largely determines the durability. If the poles are skewed, requires reconstruction of the fence.

wooden poles

To beat off the perimeter of the site, it is recommended to use pillars about 15 cm in diameter, about 10 cm is enough for intermediate supports. The tree needs drying and pre-treatment with a solution of copper sulphate or an antiseptic preparation to kill microorganisms. The lower ends are tarred, wrapped in roofing material.

Oil painting provides better protection from moisture. When installing, the top of the former tree should be at the bottom. Thanks to this technique, water will not rise through the capillaries and accumulate in the column.

A wooden support is used mainly for lightweight structures, and its fastening can be quite simple. A pit is made with a drill about 0.5 m deep and with a height of the aerial part of the support up to 1.5 m. With an increase in the height of the fence, the embedment depth increases. The recessed part should be equal to 1/3 of the length of the column.

The diameter of the hole should be twice the diameter of the post. The drill is held vertically so that the hole is even. The bottom is covered with a layer of rubble or building expanded clay for drainage of rainwater. The column should be placed vertically (check the verticality with a level). Cover the sides with broken bricks or rubble. As it falls asleep, periodic compaction with crowbar is carried out. After each such entry, the position of the support is checked.

To ensure the durability of the fence wooden pole can be mounted in a metal sleeve - a casing for the recessed part. The sleeve should pass closely with the tree, without the possibility of water penetrating into the gap. For this purpose, driving is carried out in metal cylinders, whose diameter is slightly smaller than that of the column.

How to install pipe fence posts

The strength of metal supports is such that they can withstand the weight of even heavy structures and significant wind loads (corrugated fencing). A firm fixation is required. Installation of metal supports is carried out by concreting and driving.

Concrete can be done in two ways:

  • The first involves digging a hole whose diameter is slightly larger than that of the support. It is required to concrete the space between the vertically installed column and the ground.
  • The second method involves filling the hole with a concrete solution, followed by mounting the post. So the fixation will be better.

Concreting is resorted to while working on sandy soils with good drainage capacity and not prone to bulging.

It is easier and more reliable to drive the supports with a sledgehammer, although it requires skill and physical effort. The post is hammered into a hole of a smaller diameter so that it fits snugly to the ground. This method is suitable for light structures, and they resort to it when working on heavy dense soils. A positive point is the simplicity of reconstructing the fence when it is skewed in order to strengthen it - the alignment is also done with a sledgehammer, no device is needed.

If the piles have a spiral at the end, they are screwed into the soil and provide sufficient soil compaction.

Installation of asbestos-cement supports

More often, pillars with a diameter of about 12 cm are used. An asbestos cement product is not considered durable, therefore it can only be used for lightweight structures. Proper installation will ensure a service life of more than 50 years.

With a pit drill, if the height of the support is more than 2 m, they are made approximately 80 cm deep, an extension is made at the bottom, which is poured with concrete. The walls are reinforced with a roofing material pipe, which should protrude 15 cm. A wooden formwork is made around this protruding part. The pit is not completely filled with concrete. While the solution has not yet hardened, an iron rod or pin is inserted, whose length is slightly less than that of the pillar itself.

  • When the rod is seized by the solution, a support is put on and the remaining space is poured with concrete to the edge of the formwork.
  • At the same time, the structure does not come into contact with the ground and is securely fixed.
  • In order to protect against rupture due to freezing water, the cavity of the supports is filled to the top with concrete, forming a cap that excludes the accumulation of water.

A method similar to the installation of metal pipes is also possible, but it is only valid for sandy soils.

Installation of brick supports

Here it all starts with the installation of a strip foundation: a broken brick is laid in a trench and concreted.

Installation of brick supports requires skill, therefore it is rarely performed without specialists.

Heaving soils with close occurrence of groundwater

Heaving soil is dangerous for its ability to push both pillars and poured concrete to the surface. After 2-3 years, the fence may squint. Due to close proximity ground water corrosion and decay increase, changes occur in the upper layer.

In such cases, more time-consuming, but also more reliable methods of mounting poles are used. There are recommendations to increase the depth of the pits below the groundwater level. This entails an overspending of the solution and does not always justify itself.

The following method is more effective: crushed stone or expanded clay is laid on the bottom of the hole with a 20-cm layer. After mounting the support, the space is also filled with crushed stone 15 cm to the level of the soil. These 15 remaining centimeters are poured with concrete. A layer of crushed stone provides drainage and does not interfere with the flow of water. Concrete top guarantees a strong fixation of the support. Many builders in such cases refuse concrete.

General installation steps

It is worth remembering a few important rules:

The fence may well be made by hand. The most popular recently are metal pillars, with a chain-link stretched between them, they are often found. wooden fences from low-grade wood are impractical. More complex structures with asbestos-cement and brick supports are built with the help of specialists.
