How to light a Junkers column. Junkers - geyser: instruction manual, reviews. How to light a column with electric ignition

Geysers necessary for houses and apartments in which there is no central hot water supply. This technique is safe and reliable, it is easy to use, it allows you to change the degree of heating, which is a big plus.

Peculiarities

Junkers specifications indicate that the device is ideally suited for Russian conditions. It is adapted to the pressure maintained in Russian gas pipelines and is equal to 13 millibars. In addition, the system is able to work with low water pressure, inherent in Russian water supply systems. Junkers is enough 0.1 atmospheres to perform the intended functions.

Such a gas burner is capable of heating from 11 to 16 liters of water per minute, which is considered a very high indicator. In addition, the power of the flame automatically changes, depending on the strength and size of the water flow. Designs are safe and able to serve for a decent time. The devices are able to provide fast water heating and look great, which explains their popularity around the world.

Strict design, a variety of models that differ in performance, design and ignition system, affordable price and simple operation are among their main advantages.

Device and principle of operation

A typical column consists of a casing that is connected to the chimney through a pipe, a heat exchanger (the best is copper), gas burner, ignition systems, sensors and a mechanism responsible for gas supply. The geyser is connected quite simply.

Its principle of operation can be considered on a model that has a piezo ignition.

  • The slider is set to the middle position, after which you need to click on it. At this moment, the valve opens, and the gas enters the wick, which is also the igniter.
  • The piezoelectric element, located at the bottom left of the gas column, supplies a spark that ignites the gas. In this case, the slider button is kept pressed for up to 40 seconds. When it is released, the wick still continues to burn.
  • At this time, the thermocouple of the column is heated, which then will maintain the electromagnetic gas valve open.

You can set the required flow of water and gas.

Varieties

In general, all Junkers columns can be divided into three groups, depending on the ignition method.

  • Those in the B series do not have an igniter that can burn constantly. Two batteries are responsible for ignition, and the column itself turns on automatically. Safety systems control draft and flame, there is a fuse. The pressure of water in the plumbing affects the temperature.
  • The P series works on the basis of piezo ignition. This means that the igniter does not stop working. Water and power have to be regulated separately.
  • Finally, the G-series models work thanks to HydroPower technology. There is no igniter at all, and a hydrodynamic generator is responsible for ignition.

Such a water heater can serve up to three water points.

Available models are standard and mini. The difference between them is only in size. Junkers branded products are priced based on dimensions and additional services such as delivery and installation. Reviews are mostly positive. Users only mention the need for timely cleaning of equipment and elimination of blockages.

Preference is most often given to models of the Junkers brand with piezo ignition. When the faucet opens hot water, gas will be supplied to the main burner. As a result, it will ignite from the igniter and heat the water.

Installation and connection

It is better to entrust installation and connection to a specialist who has been instructed to work with this type of equipment. In addition, he will be able to suggest which original spare parts should be purchased, diagnose the equipment and prevent any malfunctions. However, even a professional should follow the instructions that come with the product itself.

  • The column is usually mounted in a warm room near the chimney so that the flow of combustion air is not hindered. There is no need for additional protection of combustible surfaces. The device is installed in compliance with the required gaps, separating it from the wall and furniture. The temperature in the room should be positive.
  • First of all, the casing is removed, then it leans on itself and rises up. After connecting the Junkers to the gas network, shut-off valves should be installed as close to the unit as possible. Before connecting to the water pipes, they will need to be thoroughly rinsed, otherwise sand, lime and other contaminants will lead to a delay in the water supply. Both pipelines (gas and water) must be ideally matched to the parameters of the dispenser.
  • To avoid blockages, it is necessary to install protective filters.
  • The column is attached to the wall with brackets. It must not rest on water or gas pipes. If the column has an electric ignition, then you will need to insert two batteries, the power of which is 1.5 Volts.
  • At the end of the work, the stopcock and water valves are closed, and the operation of the draft sensor is checked. The launch occurs according to the instructions.

Operating rules

It should be remembered that some actions can lead to breakage of the geyser. Junkers will be disrupted if there is no inflow fresh air. In addition, breakdowns will occur when using too long hoses, leading to a decrease in pressure, while simultaneously opening hot and cold taps. Naturally, the lack of periodic prevention will also lead to negative consequences.

It has already been indicated above how you can turn on the Junkers column - this is done using a valve and a piezoelectric element that can light the wick. It is necessary to light the burner, and it will work throughout the day. Moreover, as soon as the hot water tap opens, the boiler will automatically connect. You can change the gas pressure and water pressure by switching the two control knobs.

If you decide to clean gas equipment, this is done according to a certain algorithm.

  • First, gas and water are turned off, then the casing is removed.
  • At the next stage, the water unit and smoke inlet are dismantled.
  • Finally, the heat exchanger is removed at the end. The radiator can be washed in warm water where a non-abrasive cleaning solution has been added. The brush should be long-haired and fairly stiff.
  • The wick and the main burner are well cleaned with a special awl. In addition, you will have to remove carbon deposits from each nozzle. However, doing it yourself is not recommended. It is better to invite a specialist once a year who will combine the check with descaling. A professional will also remove deposits, check the tightness of the fittings and clean the plates from the side flue gases.

If there is a smell of gas, then it is forbidden to use electrical switches and telephones in the area where the gas burner is located. It is important to immediately turn off the gas valve, open the windows, ventilate the room and call the specialists who installed the equipment. To prevent dangerous situations, liquids and objects prone to ignition should not be stored near Junkers.

When the room temperature falls below zero degrees, the burner turns off and is emptied. If such a procedure was not carried out before the winter months, then when connecting the device in the next season, you need to check whether the water is heated.

Possible malfunctions

Of course, the operation of any equipment does not always go smoothly, you should be prepared for anything. Fortunately, a significant part of the possible malfunctions that occur at the Junkers geyser are easy to solve on your own.

There are actually many reasons why the burner does not light up.

  • It may turn out that both the inlet and outlet pipes were initially installed incorrectly. In addition, the water supply may be interrupted.
  • Traction problems are possible. When the chimney is dirty, the products of combustion do not go away, but accumulate inside, which slows down the operation of the equipment. The draft also suffers due to the lack of fresh air, for example, when the window is closed.
  • It happens that the chimney is blocked, and this creates a potentially dangerous situation. We urgently need to turn off Junkers and call specialists.
  • If the pilot flame goes out, this indicates that the protective relay needs to be replaced.
  • It may be trite that the burner does not burn because the battery is discharged, and therefore the automatic ignition system does not function. You will have to disassemble the front panel and charge it yourself or replace the battery.
  • Weak pressure in the line leads to a weak water supply, which again leads to problems in operation.
  • The wick goes out when the flame is uneven. As a result, the main burner is turned off. To solve this problem, simply clean the device.

Sometimes Junkers column does not light up, and sometimes the device turns itself off.

  • The first reason is that the batteries have already become unusable.
  • The second reason is that it is necessary to change the membrane, which is deformed or torn. It's good when the repair kit contains a replacement.
  • Next possible variant is that one of the control sensors does not work or the microswitch is worn out, this can be determined by the absence of a characteristic click.

In addition, the igniter can become clogged from the inside, which can be easily fixed by cleaning. The abundance of rust, dirt in filters due to poor quality water and electrodes leads to similar consequences. Finally, faulty installations, a shut-off valve on a gas pipeline, and problems with wires are also common causes of service interruptions.

The Junkers company existed until 1932. From that moment on, the company was bought out by Bosch Gruppe, which, however, did not affect the name of the water heaters produced by the division of the main office.

Flow-through geysers Junkers (Junkers) are available in several modifications that differ in the principle of ignition, as well as the type of combustion chamber. Flow-through boilers operating using an ignition burner are popular among domestic consumers. The average service life of the Junkers column exceeds 15 years.

Junkers speaker device

The Junkers brand is synonymous with quality and reliability throughout the world. Speakers are distinguished by a well-thought-out internal arrangement and design. Domestic consumers are offered water heaters of the following type:
  • semi-automatic The company began producing speakers back in 1968. During operation, an ignition burner is used. Ignition is carried out using a piezoelectric element. The main burner is switched on when the DHW tap is opened.
  • Automatic - run on batteries or a hydrogenerator. The series includes simple Junkers geysers with an open combustion chamber, as well as multifunctional models with modulated power. The performance of the burner device varies depending on the water pressure.

In the internal structure of Junkers gas flow columns, only quality materials. All water heaters undergo mandatory testing and are subject to certification.

How to light a Junkers gas flow column

The vast majority water heaters Junkers, offered to domestic buyers, operate in a semi-automatic mode. Ignition of a semi-automatic gas boiler is carried out as follows:
  • on the front panel of the water heater there is a valve that opens the gas supply;
  • the button is clamped and the wick is set on fire with the help of a piezoelectric element;
  • the gas valve is left clamped for another 20-30 seconds;
  • now the button is released, the flame on the burner should continue to burn.
The pilot burner stays on throughout the day. When you open a faucet hot water the boiler will turn on automatically. The gas column is adjusted on its own, with the help of two regulators-knobs: changing the pressure of gas and water.

How to clean the Junkers column with your own hands

Any repair work gas-consuming equipment must be carried out by a specialist with an appropriate work permit. Cleaning the pilot burner and the heat exchanger is a job that must not be done by yourself. Service is carried out at your own risk.

To clean the Junkers column at home, you will need to do the following:

  • turn off the gas and water supply;
  • remove the cover;
  • disconnect the smoke inlet and water unit;
  • pull out the heat exchanger.
The water heater radiator is washed in warm water with the addition of any non-abrasive detergent with a stiff, long bristled brush. You can clean the wick and the main burner with a special awl. Clean each nozzle, removing carbon deposits.

If you have taken care of the arrangement of your country house and installed a geyser - you have the last step on the way to a warm and comfortable life. And this step is the setting and correct inclusion columns. To make the gas water heater work, you have to do a few simple steps. First make sure that the gas supply valve that supplies gas to the column is open. Then open the valve responsible for supplying water to the tank of the water heater. Switching on or ignition can be carried out in only three ways, which depend on design features columns.

Most old way ignition, provided by the manufacturers of geysers - manual. This method is already going down in history and is not used by manufacturers today. In the very first columns, the wick was set on fire with ordinary matches. To start such a column, first open the valve that shuts off the water supply, then open the valve that supplies gas to the wick. Light the wick and open the main gas supply valve. The main disadvantage of such columns was the absence of any protective mechanisms, for example, in the event of a sudden drop in water pressure in the column system, the ignition wick will still burn, and the column will continue to waste fuel. This ignition system is extremely simple, but it will require certain skills from you. It is highly undesirable to use such speakers at home. More modern system- piezo ignition. To ignite such a column, simply press the button responsible for setting fire to the wick located in the combustion chamber - the piezoelectric element will provide a spark that will ignite the wick. These speakers include Junkers WR 10-2 PВ, Bosch WR 10-2 P miniMAXX-2, Nevalux 5111 and others. They use the principle of converting mechanical action into a spark, the power of which is enough to set fire to the ignition wick. To ignite the main burner, open the main gas valve. If the regulator is returned to its original position or the water supply is interrupted, the wick will still burn further. Like hand-ignited burners, these designs are considered too “gluttonous” due to excessive gas consumption. Thanks to the abundance of choice, today you can purchase a gas column of absolutely any modification. In order to increase sales and simplify the process of using the burner, some manufacturers, for example, Rihters, Ariston, Neva, have significantly improved the operation of their complexes. It was developed and then put into production completely automatic system burner ignition: both the pilot wick and the central burner are ignited automatically without human intervention. For this, a special turbine was installed, driven by a strong pressure of water. After starting the turbine, all the main functions that were previously performed manually are done offline. The disadvantage of such systems is one - in many residential buildings, water is supplied at low pressure, which is not enough for the full functioning of the turbine. Activating such speakers and adjusting the water heating temperature can often be done using a conventional remote control.

If your column is out of order - immediately contact the gas service. Self repair such equipment is strictly prohibited and can lead to very sad consequences. To avoid this, periodically inspect the condition of the chimney and prevent it from becoming clogged.

Modern gas boilers absolutely safe, unlike their early predecessors. Most of the key processes associated with their correct operation are simplified and do not require additional training from the user. But despite this, do not forget that any gas appliance is a source of potential danger.

Why does the Junkers gas water heater not ignite

There are many reasons for this failure. In order to determine the problem, it is necessary to adhere to a clear diagnostic algorithm.

Visual signs that the device is defective

Incorrect operation, as well as problems with starting the Junkers WR 10, 13, 275 dispenser, can be determined not only by its breakdown, but also by various external causes.

1) Incorrectly installed pipes. Therefore, it is necessary to check how the inlet and outlet pipes are connected. Make sure you have an uninterrupted water supply.
2) Problems with traction. If the chimney is clogged with dirt or foreign objects, the removal of combustion products is impaired. At the same time, they accumulate in the body of the device, which causes it to stop. To check, you need to bring your palm to the chimney, or a lit candle. It is also important that the room where the appliance is installed has a good supply of fresh air. According to the instructions, it is written that it is necessary constantly opened window. With a good level of thrust, the flame will deviate in the direction of air movement.
3) There is a strong smell of gas in the room. One of the most likely reasons could be that your neighbors blocked your chimney. Maybe they installed an antenna there. To fix the problem, it is urgent to turn off the column, call specialists from the gas service, and ventilate the room well.
4) The unit lights up, but after a while it turns off. You may have a protective relay set too sensitively. You need to open the window, and thereby cool the room and the apparatus. After that, call specialists from the service department to replace the relay.
5) Low battery or battery level. In this case, the device equipped with automatic ignition will not start. You can replace the battery or charge the battery yourself at home.
6) Low water pressure. Junkers geysers are sensitive to water pressure, this malfunction can be diagnosed as follows. If in different water taps, the water supply rate is different, then the problem is in the device itself. If in all taps the water supply is equally weak, then the pressure is low in the supply line.
7) The wick goes out because the flame is uneven. In this regard, the thermocouple warms up unevenly, and turns off the main burner. To eliminate it, it is necessary to remove dust from the unit.

Malfunctions of the device causing it to turn off

The reasons for turning off the gas column Junkers WR 10, 13, 275 may be the following defects:

1. The batteries have reached the end of their service life.
2. Diaphragm damaged. It is deformed or torn in one or more places.
3. Failure of any of the control sensors.
4. The pilot burner is clogged inside and needs cleaning.
5. The microswitch is very worn out. When starting the device, a characteristic click is not heard.
6. Due to severe rust, the water fittings are jammed.
7. Pollution of filters installed on the water.
8. When installing the unit, the pipes for supply and drainage of water could be mixed up.
9. Electrical circuit damaged. Bad contact or broken wire.
10. The tap on the gas pipe is closed.
11. The electrodes are very dirty, the electric ignition is broken.

Methods for diagnosing internal breakdowns

Shutdown gas apparatus may be due to the following reasons. Dirty filters. Membrane damage. If the water quality of the cold water supplied for use is poor, the filters become dirty. Lime impurities are especially critical. In order for the appliance to start working properly, it is necessary to periodically clean these metal filters, as well as the mixer filter. You can use a rust and scale remover. It is also important to clean the unit itself from all kinds of formations. In order to inspect the membrane, it is necessary to remove the front panel. To do this, the bolts holding it are unscrewed.

When examining the membrane, first of all, it is necessary to pay attention to deformation, ruptures or chips. If such shortcomings are found, the membrane is unsuitable for work. You need to install a new one. It is recommended to install a membrane made of silicone, as it is more resistant and elastic. This will significantly increase the service life. It is not recommended to install the membrane yourself, we advise you to take the help of a professional. It is safer, and they will be able to simultaneously diagnose the device and adjust it.

Possible reasons for the attenuation of the column Junkers WR 13, 10, 275. Pressure difference between hot and cold water. Supply pressure needs to be adjusted. There was no cold water before starting the appliance. Such a launch quickly disables the devices. Short holding time of the ignition button. And you need to press it for at least 20 seconds. Exhaust gas sensor failure. You need to measure the voltage across it.
fault definition.

Operating conditions that contribute to instrument failure

The Junkers geyser may break down under the following conditions:

A) Poor fresh air supply, consequently the correct operation of the burner is disturbed.
B) When a cold and hot faucet is opened at the same time.
C) Not timely preventive maintenance of equipment.
D) The use of gas hoses that are too long, this causes a decrease in gas pressure.

Unit failures that cannot be repaired by yourself. They require the intervention of specialists. There are only two such faults. Alarm sensors are triggered. This is either a draft sensor, or overheating, or burning. Severe contamination of the unit, which leads to the impossibility of its operation.

Actions required when turning off the unit

In order to eliminate the breakdown associated with the first option, you need to make sure that there is no smell of gas in the room, and that the chimney is not clogged, and the draft is normal. If any of these conditions are not met, you must urgently call a specialist.

The overheating sensor is triggered if the heat exchanger is clogged, or if the control automation does not work. It works so that the copper coil is not damaged. When the overheating sensor is triggered, it is necessary to ventilate the room and wait until the device cools down. In this case, it is important to contact a specialized service department. The called specialist must adjust the device, and, if necessary, descale it.

If the flame control sensor is triggered, the automation shuts off the gas supply. According to the principle of operation, it is the most common thermocouple. If a flame is present, current flows and the solenoid valve is open. As soon as the flame goes out, the power supply to the valve is cut off and it closes within 10 seconds. This action is accompanied by a characteristic click.

If the geyser, even when turned off, passes gas that is felt in the air, it is urgent to close all supply valves and ventilate the room. After that, you need to call the gas service.

Actions required when turning off the thermal mechanism

It is necessary to wait 10-15 minutes. This time is necessary for the sensors to cool down. Check the condition of the chimney draft. Make sure there is no gas in the room. Ventilate the room. Try to restart the device. In this case, it is necessary to set the power knob to the positions necessary for switching on. Hold the piezo ignition button for more than 20 seconds. If the measures taken did not help to start the device, you need to make sure that the combustion sensor is working.

The flame sensor may not work properly if the nozzle, which works like a vacuum cleaner, is dirty. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned. In order to clean the combustion pipe it is necessary to: Remove the knob that controls the water temperature. Set the ignition position required for dismantling. Dismantle the surface of the gas device. Using a screwdriver, pry up the hose clamps. Put them aside. Move the lower clamp, and get the pipe. The tube, on which a lot of dust has accumulated, must be washed under the tap.

Additionally, you can use tampons and cotton swabs. Be sure to rinse well. It is unacceptable to install the pipe back if there are residues of detergent and water on it. The nozzles also need to be cleaned of dirt. The tube is installed in its place. First of all, it is fixed with an upper mount, where the springy end is located. To snap the lower fasteners, you need to apply physical force. All other clamps are installed.

After the actions taken, you must try to start the unit again. This is done by simultaneously turning on the piezo ignition and the power regulator. You must hold the button for at least 10 seconds. The handle that regulates temperature conditions, can be set back.

I have a Junkers WR 10 geyser installed. How can I check why I am not getting gas? Could this be due to a misconfiguration of the unit?

There are two types of geysers. The first view - with a continuously burning igniter. In this case, the launch scheme is quite simple. After switching on the device with the start button, gas is continuously supplied to the igniter. The igniter is on. After 10-15 seconds (this time is necessary for heating the thermocouple), you can press the start button for the main burner. The igniter is lit as long as gas is supplied to it, and a thermocouple controls the gas supply valve. A protective thermostat is also installed in series with this coil, which detects poor draft. It is located at the top of the unit near the chimney. The principle of operation of such a model is the same, and does not depend on the manufacturer. These models are easily repaired, the most important thing is not to touch the gas part. But it rarely breaks down. Most often, all breakdowns come down to poor traction, or to
pipeline problems. The second type is with autorun. They are much more complex. Starting occurs on a signal coming from a microswitch, which turns on when water flows. After that, there is a signal to open the gas valve, the gas begins to flow into the igniter within 15-20 seconds. Then the gas supply is stopped. Simultaneously with the opening of the valve, the generator is activated
piezo ignition. The control circuit monitors the igniter based on the reading of the ionization current. There is no thermocouple. If within 20 seconds the ionization current does not appear, then the supply of gas and spark will be stopped. After the hot water tap is opened, the procedure is repeated. If the ionization current has appeared, the control circuit opens the main gas valve to supply gas to the burner. A modulation unit is installed in series with the burner, which controls the intensity of the gas supply depending on the flow rate of the water and its temperature. Often they put a power regulator there, which allows you to switch the device into winter and summer modes. As soon as the bad draft sensor is triggered, or there is no water movement, the device turns off.

What could be the reasons that affect the breakdown of the electronic unit for gas water heaters Junkers WR 13? Specialists service center refers to voltage fluctuations in the network. This is not clear to me, since the device is not connected to the network.

We have the same model as you. She worked less than a year and broke. When the igniter was lit, the main burner did not turn on. After finding out the cause of the breakdown, it was established that the Q2 transistor in the electronic control unit was broken. It is he who influences the fact that the system detects a burning igniter and opens the gas supply valve to the main burner. I replaced the transistor with KP303V (but KP303B can also be installed). Everything worked great, but a month later it broke again. Again I had to change the transistor. 2 months of quiet work, and again a breakdown. Now, in addition to replacing the transistor, I shunted its gate circuit with a varistor (390KD07 (39V)). Thus, the scheme has additional detail. This was enough for the unit to work smoothly for more than 3 years.

I have a Junkers WR 275 geyser installed. I set the gas supply and water pressure using the regulators. And I set it up so that the water was supplied at 45 degrees. Today I noticed that the water pressure has changed in a big way. Yesterday the water barely escaped from the tap, but today it is actively flowing. The pressure in the system is 3 atmospheres. That is, water is now supplied the way it was when I had my old electric boiler. When I installed this column, I noticed that the pressure became much weaker. But then I decided that this was due to the narrower pipes in the design of the apparatus. And everything would be fine, but the water now heats up very little, and the gas constantly goes out. I set the gas supply to the maximum mode, and the speed of the water to the minimum possible. Now it displays 65-70 degrees. But in fact, the water is supplied much colder. It's a nice warm temperature, but not even close to 70C. Other than these two adjustment knobs, I did not touch any other settings. I suspect that the pressure of the supplied gas could decrease, but then what does the water pressure have to do with it? Not
understandable about the fact that the display highlights 70C. Is this the desired temperature or the actual one? And yet, despite the fact that the water in the system is very well purified, I still have an internal filter.

You should check the gas pressure first. In the case of pressure, you need to pay attention to the duct. If the right knob fails to change its value, the problem is in the water block. If your gas constantly goes out at a normal water supply rate, then the problem is most likely in the modulator, the stem may be sticking, or the springs are broken, and so on.

In operation column Junkers WR 10. I have not figured out the instructions. My water flow regulator is set to the middle position. At the same time, if you do not touch the gas supply control knob (and it is set to the maximum), you will get the water flow in the middle position. The modulator has set the gas to the desired temperature and keeps it that way. If you use the regulator to change the water flow upwards, in theory the water temperature should decrease. This means that the modulator must increase the gas supply so that the flame heats the water more intensively. Right right? It turns out that if the water flow is maximum, then the gas flow is also maximum. And I get the opposite. The water supply rate increases, and the gas goes out. Perhaps something is really stuck there and now it will be necessary to disassemble the entire device.

The modulator only analyzes the input water flow. And the flow adjustment knob controls the flow of water at a specific point. It turns out if both regulators are set to central position, but the water flow has changed for some reason, the modulator adjusts the gas supply to the new conditions. Well, if the flow of water was reduced with the help of a handle, then the flow of water has changed. The gas regulation does not change, and the water becomes warmer. Now the water temperature is being adjusted according to the changed conditions. That is, it turns out that the regulator does not set the temperature of the water, but its flow rate.

Geysers are a very popular type of water heater. Picking up suitable model and having installed it in an apartment or house, it remains very little - to learn how to turn on the column. Among the mandatory manipulations, it is necessary to name the opening of a gas pipeline valve that supplies gas to the device, as well as the opening faucet, through which the device will receive cold water. In this case, your actions will depend on the type of ignition used in your column model.

This method is already outdated and is rarely used in modern speakers. Such devices are poorly protected both from water pressure drops and from fire attenuation. Installing such devices at home is not recommended now.

How to light a column with manual ignition:

  • Turn off the valve on the tap that supplies water to the column.
  • Light the fuse with a match or lighter.
  • Open the valve on the valve supplying gas to the column.
  • Sometimes it takes a little time to ignite the burner until air is expelled from the burner duct. To speed up the process, first open and then close the hot water tap several times.

Piezo ignition

This option for igniting the column is more modern and common. It is very easy to use, but it has such a disadvantage as increased gas consumption. While the column is not working, a wick still smolders inside it, so the gas, albeit in a small amount, but burned constantly.

How to light a column with piezo ignition:

  • To start, you need to press a button that acts on the piezoelectric element. This will provide a spark to ignite the pilot burner wick.
  • Open the valve supplying gas to the apparatus.

This is clearly shown in the video below.

Automatic ignition

This is the most modern and profitable option for igniting gas water heaters. It is also called electric because it is based on the transmission of an electric spark. Its appearance is provided either by batteries or a hydraulic turbine. Combustion will be controlled by different sensors, and as soon as the user closes the hot water tap, the ignition wick will go out.

How to light a column with electric ignition:

  • Make sure that gas and cold water are supplied to the column.
  • Open a hot water tap.
