I used to think that cellulite only happens in obese women. Oh well...

The first signs of cellulite appear in girls at the age of 14, when puberty is underway. Yes, yes, I have seen thin teenage girls in short shorts and with bumpy skin more than once. Cellulite is also more pronounced during pregnancy. In general, all the "best" to us poor women!!!

Unfortunately it is so. But it all depends on the dose of coffee. From one fragrant cup of coffee in the morning there will be no harm. But if you drink coffee in liters, then this invigorating drink will only aggravate the situation with cellulite.

I drink one cup of coffee without sugar with milk in the morning. Sometimes I can afford coffee in the afternoon when I feel sleepy.

I would like to write more about this. The fact is, when you have cellulite of the first or second stage, then this can be corrected with the help of cosmetic procedures. But when cellulite is in the third or fourth stage, then there is already a serious matter. It takes a lot of effort to remove it.

For myself, I chose such procedures as massage and wrapping.

MASSAGE...

I had a vacuum massage and with the help of a massager.

I described the vacuum massage procedure in detail in THIS review.

For vacuum massage, I used the well-known Anti-cellulite massage cream from Vitex. Bought it 4 times already.

Oil budget, but it's really worth it. Giving them a massage is very easy and pleasant.

I also made a mixture of oils for massage.

1. Cocoa wrap or chocolate wrap.


For this wrapping we need:

  • 3-4 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and apply on the skin for 30-40 minutes and wrap with cling film.

2. Wrap with coffee and blue clay.

We need:

  • ground coffee 2 tbsp.
  • blue clay 1 tbsp
  • cinnamon 1 tsp
  • tincture of red pepper 5 drops.

Mix everything and apply on the skin for 30-40 minutes. Due to the tincture of red pepper, the skin will burn, but tolerable.


3. Wrapping with Anti-cellulite massage cream Vitex.

Everything is simple here, I applied the cream on my thighs and wrapped myself in a film. I walked like this for 30 minutes at the most. Then I washed it off with cold water, because it was very hot.

4. Wrap with any anti-cellulite cream and clay.

We need:

  • any anti-cellulite cream - 2 tbsp.
  • blue clay - 1 tbsp
  • essential oil of orange or grapefruit - 5 drops.


SCRUBS, CREAMS

Do not forget, of course, about such simple things as body scrub and anti-cellulite cream.

Scrub can be both purchased and homemade. I prefer the second option.

I make the easiest coffee scrub ever.

To make it I use:

  • ground coffee 3 tbsp.
  • sugar 4 tbsp
  • cinnamon 1 tbsp
  • any nutritious oil (coconut, olive, peach kernel, etc.) 3 tbsp
  • orange essential oil 7 drops

Mix everything and place in a jar (I have a hair mask) for storage. The consistency of the cream depends on the amount of oil, you can add a little water.

Such a scrub, as for me, is no different from the purchased one. Well, except for the smell - there are a lot of fragrances and perfume compositions in the purchased ones.

I rarely buy body scrubs because most of the time they are not hard enough for me. Therefore, only homemade!
