8. Salad with squid and beets

Ingredients:

  • 2 squid carcasses;
  • 1 small beet;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking

Beets, eggs and squid. Cut the last two ingredients into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press. Grate cheese and beets on a medium grater. Combine all this in one bowl, salt and season with mayonnaise.

Time for preparing: 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 squid carcasses;
  • 200 g pickled mushrooms;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • salt to taste.

Boiled squid (you can also use canned) cut into strips. Do the same with cucumbers. Cut hard-boiled eggs into cubes. If you have large mushrooms, they should also be cut.

Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise. If necessary (if the mushrooms do not give the desired salinity), salt.

Cut boiled or smoked squid into strips. Do the same with crab sticks. Grate processed cheese on a coarse grater. This will make it easier if they are cooled down a lot.

Combine chopped squid, crab sticks, cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream. Salt, pepper and mix. If you like it spicy, add one or two cloves of garlic to the salad.

In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Pour this over chopped greens and peeled, diced red onion. Let's insist.

Boiled squids and olives cut into rings. Cut cherry tomatoes in half, ordinary - cubes. Also cut the feta cheese. Combine these ingredients with dressing, mix well and let it brew for a while.

Make the dressing: Peel and grate the tomatoes, then toss with the soy sauce and mustard. If fresh tomatoes are not available, use tomato paste.

Combine squid with avocado and herbs and pour the resulting dressing.

  • 1 fresh ginger root;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 small chili pepper;
  • ½ head of Beijing cabbage;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking

Prepare the dressing: mash the garlic passed through a press into a paste with chili peppers. When working with the latter, be careful: hot peppers may cause skin burns. Add the juice of half a lemon, sugar and salt. Stir and let the dressing sit for 10-15 minutes.

At this time, boil and cut the squid into rings, chop the cabbage, peel and cut the onion into half rings, chop the ginger. If fresh ginger root is not available, use ground ginger.
