The college was founded in 1931. Until 2007, he trained only teaching staff. Currently, service specialties are also being implemented, social work and majors in information technology.
Currently, 1516 students are studying in 4 departments: school, social-pedagogical, service and correspondence.

The overall performance of students is 100%, the percentage of quality of training, depending on the specialty, is from 68% to 74.5%. In the last 3 years, there has been a positive dynamics in the quality of applicants, especially for pedagogical specialties. The average score of the certificate of applicants in 2016 was 4.4 points for pedagogical specialties and 4.0 points for service specialties. We associate this as with the existing salary teaching staff of the region, and with a qualitative improvement in the educational and material base, the prestige of our college and convenient infrastructure: a hostel, a canteen, a student cafe, a sports base.
A stable position is observed in the employment of graduates. Annually, on average, at least 80% of graduates are employed in their specialties. The highest percentage of employment is shown by graduates of pedagogical specialties: Preschool education - 84%, Teaching in elementary grades - 89%. Graduates of service specialties are successfully employed in 5-star hotels in Gelendzhik and Anapa, which are social partners of the college.
More than 30% of graduates of pedagogical specialties are annually employed in educational institutions of the Leningrad region. According to the district education department, 82% of the teachers working in the municipal education system are graduates of the Leningrad Social and Pedagogical College of different years. A large percentage of graduates is represented among employees of the district education department, local governments, the youth committee, social services and law enforcement agencies of the district.
The department of additional education of the college implements programs for professional training, retraining and advanced training of teachers on the basis of a license to implement educational activities(Series 23L01 No. 0002998 dated February 24, 2014)
Over the past 3 years, the college has implemented more than 100 courses in 30 different additional professional programs for leaders and teachers of preschool, general and vocational education. We are implementing professional retraining and advanced training courses for school leaders and teachers, as well as for heads, speech therapists, psychologists, music directors, instructors in physical education and educators of preschool educational organizations.
Since 2012, more than 10,000 teachers have been trained, of which 2937 people in 2015. Feedback from employers testifies to the high level, relevant content and practical orientation of the courses. The college attracts the best teachers-practitioners, winners of professional pedagogical competitions from kindergartens and schools of the region to conduct courses.
In 2016-2017, taking into account the recommendations of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Krasnodar Territory and the wishes of potential students, the topics of the courses were updated, which are focused on all categories of managers and teachers of educational organizations.
Widely used modern educational technologies, including remote ones. So in the 2015-2016 academic year, 2348 people studied at the college using distance technologies. Of these, 140 in the specialty of secondary vocational education Preschool education, 2208 in advanced training and retraining programs.
In 2014, the Kuban Pedagogical Education Resource Center was opened on the basis of the college. The implementation of the resource center program ensures the availability of high-quality professional pedagogical education, advanced training and retraining of engineering and pedagogical personnel of the region, as well as the training of a new generation of specialists with general and professional competencies, mobile, able to effectively solve the problems of professional activity, taking into account modern requirements of employers.
For 2 years, the activity of the Resource Center has made it possible to make a significant contribution to the modernization of both the college and the entire system of teacher education in the northern regions of the Kuban, to ensure that it meets the needs of employers, Russian and international standards quality.
Within the framework of the Resource Center on the basis of the college, there are specialized laboratories for preschool and primary general education. Students of pedagogical specialties are trained in the practical use of modern equipment in their further professional activities, including interactive equipment: Frobel's Gifts, Montessori game sets, tactile games, SMART Table, GLOMIR LabDisk, and, of course, scientific laboratories in Spectra suitcases.
Since 2015, our college has been a member of the WorldSkills Russia movement in the competencies "Preschool education", "Teaching in the lower grades", and since 2016, representatives of the new competencies Restaurant Service, Robotics and JuniorSkills have become active participants.
On the basis of the Pedagogical Education Resource Center, a specialized competence center "Teaching in the elementary grades" has been created, operating on the basis of WorldSkills International (WSI) and WorldSkills Russia (WSR) standards, the main goal of which is to train participants in the WorldSkills movement in regional, national championships.
This center brings together participants and experts from 6 pedagogical colleges of the Krasnodar Territory and carries out methodological and project activities, implementing all WSR standards.
During the 2015-2016 academic year, students participating in the WorldSkills movement are actively promoting this area in Krasnodar Territory acquiring regional and federal experience. So in November 2015, students Khokhlova Tatiana and Saenko Ekaterina took part in the open WorldSkills Russia Championship "Moscow Masters" in the competencies "Teaching in elementary grades" and "Preschool education".
Continuing to master the experience of the WorldSkills Russia movement, in February 2016, college student Anastasia Efremova took part in the WSR Regional Championship "Young Professionals" of the Yaroslavl Region in the "Teaching in the Elementary Grades" competency, which was held on the basis of the Rybinsk Vocational Pedagogical College. And in the open Championship of the Moscow region WorldSkills Russia in the Moscow region in Kolomna, a college student Ekaterina Sayenko competed as an out-of-competition participant.
The result of work in this movement was the victory of college students in the regional WSR championship of the Krasnodar Territory in April 2017 and participation in the Final V of the National Championship "Young Professionals" WorldSkillsRussia in Krasnodar in May 2017.

Admission to college for study in educational programs is carried out on the basis of applications from persons with basic general or secondary general education, unless otherwise established by Federal Law No. 273-FZ of December 29, 2012 "On Education in the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as the Federal law). 5. Admission to study in educational programs at the expense of the budget of the Krasnodar Territory is publicly available. 6. The college guarantees the observance of the right to education and enrollment from the number of applicants for training in educational programs who have a basic general or secondary general education, the most capable and prepared for the development of an educational program of the appropriate level and appropriate orientation of persons. II. Organization of admission to educational organization 8. The organization of admission to study in educational programs is carried out by the selection committee of the college (hereinafter referred to as the selection committee). Acceptance of documents from applicants 18. Admission to the college for educational programs is carried out for the first year at the personal request of citizens. Upon admission to training in specialties (Preschool education, Teaching in primary grades, Organization of catering services), included in the list of specialties, upon admission to training for which applicants undergo mandatory preliminary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner established at the conclusion of an employment contract or service contract for the relevant position or specialty, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2013 N 697, applicants undergo mandatory preliminary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner established when concluding an employment contract or service contract for the relevant position, profession or specialty. 22. A personal file is created for each applicant, in which all submitted documents are stored. 25. Applicant upon personal submission of documents is issued a receipt on acceptance of documents. 26. Upon a written application, applicants have the right to pick up the original document on education and (or) document on education and qualifications and 9

10 pages 10 of 11 other documents submitted by applicants. Documents are returned by the admission committee within the next business day after the application is submitted. VIII. Admission to college 27. The applicant submits the original document on education and (or) document on education and qualifications from August 16 to 20, 2016 August 2016, the director of the college issues an order to enroll persons recommended by the admission committee for enrollment and who submitted original documents education and (or) documents on education and qualifications. An appendix to the enrollment order is a surname list of the indicated persons.
