Working curriculum for vocational training and advanced training in the profession “Repairman. Training of a mechanic for the repair of technological installations Coordination of training programs for the railway

The training of a mobile compressor driver is carried out in accordance with the "List of workers' professions, positions of employees for which vocational training is carried out", approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 513 dated July 2, 2013 "On approval of the List of professions for workers, positions of employees for which vocational training is carried out" , the requirements of the Unified Tariff and Qualification Handbook of Works and Professions of Workers, the All-Russian Classifier of Workers' Professions, Positions of Employees and Wage Categories.

Any compressor is a complex of devices intended for the production compressed air or other gas. The advantage of a mobile compressor over a stationary one is, first of all, that they can be used at facilities where installation, and even more so assembly stationary compressor does not seem possible.

These compressors are used for various industries industries such as mining, transportation, oil and gas, mobile maintenance machines, etc.

For example, typical applications for mobile compressors are truck maintenance, tire inflation, radiator blowing, etc.

Specialists who work on mobile compressors are mobile compressor operators.

The profession of a mobile compressor driver requires the following skills and abilities: maintenance of a mobile compressor unit, start and stop of a compressor, diesel engine; laying communications, connecting them to the compressor unit and the wellhead; carrying out work to increase the outflow of fluid from the well by creating a drawdown at the bottomhole, monitoring the inflow of fluid (oil); adjusting the air supply during heat treatment of the bottomhole zone of the well; participation in the work on the opening of productive formations with the use of gaseous agents and the elimination of complications in drilling; the ability to adjust the operating modes of the compressor unit and diesel engine according to the indications of instrumentation; monitor the operation of all mechanisms and systems of a mobile compressor unit, establish the main parameters of the unit in accordance with the technological regulations for drilling and testing (development) of wells, etc. The driver of a mobile (mobile) compressor must know: methods of operating oil, gas and injection wells; purpose, device and operating rules various systems compressors, power equipment, car, instrumentation and automatic protection of the compressor unit; types of fuel, lubricants and cooling; methods for detecting and eliminating malfunctions in the operation of a mobile compressor unit; schemes for connecting communications from the compressor unit to the well; consumption rates of operating materials for the production of compressed air; basic information on heat engineering, electrical engineering, drilling and operational equipment, drilling technology, testing (development) and overhaul oil and gas wells; plumbing in the scope of work performed.

To perform work, the compressor unit operator must undergo professional training, no more than once a year and no less than once every 5 years, take short-term refresher courses of at least 72 hours in order to acquire new knowledge and skills and improve their rank, have a medical a book with no contraindications to work. It is important that persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to work as a mobile compressor operator.
