This can happen when replacing - installing an entire new node or its individual parts.

There is nothing particularly complicated about this - so it is not necessary to call a plumber to carry out such work (and he will need to pay at least $ 5-10 for such work).

Now - actually, to how exactly this work is performed. Initially, consider how to properly adjust the height of the valve:

  1. The rod is disconnected from the overflow pipe.
  2. The latch holding the "glass" is pressed out.
  3. Rack - Moves up or down as needed.

Now let's figure out in what sequence the water level in the tank is adjusted:

  1. The position of the “glass” changes - it must either be raised or lowered. In this case, there must be at least 45 mm distance from the top of the part to the upper edge of the container.
  2. Overflow pipe - installed above the maximum liquid level, minimum - 20 mm above. However, it must be lower than top part racks - at least 70 mm.
