The compressor station is mounted on the frame of the drilling rig and fastened with clamping bars. The power from the transfer case pulley is transmitted to the compressor pulley using V-belts covered with a casing. The compressor is switched on from the driller's control panel using the "Compressor" handle. To supply compressed air from the air collector to the rotator stuffing box, an injection hose with a diameter of 50 mm is used. Also, a V-belt tensioning system is provided to adjust the tension of the compressor belts.

The system of automatic control and protection of installations 4VU provides:

  • automatic maintenance of pressure in the receiver within the specified limits by starting and stopping the compressor, as well as bypassing air from discharge to suction
  • electric heating of oil in the crankcase (for the northern version)

Designed to supply air to the system of pneumatic transport of grain and grain products, sand, cement and other bulk materials.

Compressor 4ВУ0.6 piston, four-cylinder, single-stage.

Driven by an electric motor through a flexible coupling.

Lubrication - forced from the oil pump. Cooling of cylinders - air. Unloading and discharge of condensate - automatic.

The automatic control and protection system provides:
