Production from rounded logs

At the beginning of work, our specialists prepare lumber, which is placed in drying chambers until it reaches a moisture level of 8-10%. With the help of modern foreign equipment, the resulting material is processed and then spliced on waterproof glue. In the Kirov region, a line for the processing of raw materials OF-28Ts and a Finnish line RoundTec were installed in the shops. OF-28Ts makes rounded parts with a diameter of 160-280 mm. Technological properties equipment allow to operate it in extreme temperatures (from -16 to +30 °C) and guarantee the correctness of the longitudinal groove of the product. On Finnish equipment, logs with a large diameter (300-340 millimeters) are processed.
