How to make a bilbock from a plastic bottle. We make non-traditional physical education equipment with our own hands! How to make non-traditional physical education equipment with your own hands and at home

The health of children should always come first. And everyone knows that nothing strengthens him like classes physical education. Therefore, love for her must be instilled from a very young age. In order to somehow make children bigger and, most importantly, usefully move, you need to interest them. Unconventional physical education equipment will just help them look at sports from a different angle and turn classes into fun game. It makes a big difference in a child's life. In addition, you can make non-traditional physical education equipment with your own hands.

What it is

For children, various exercises are very important that will help develop fine motor skills. This, among other things, has a positive effect on their psyche and reduces morbidity. Do-it-yourself non-traditional physical education equipment, the photo of which you can see in our article, just focuses on such exercises.

A big plus is that with the help of such equipment you can play games of a different nature:

  • training;
  • entertaining;
  • adversarial.

In principle, if you connect your imagination, you can even prepare a special performance with interactive inserts (for example, how to defeat Koshchei with the help of physical education).

How to make non-traditional physical education equipment with your own hands and at home

This equipment is very easy to make. Do-it-yourself non-traditional physical education equipment is made from improvised means: bottles, caps, ropes, Kinder surprise packages and other things that can be found in every home.

It doesn't take that much time to make. You can also include children to help. They will be very interested. When creating products, you should try to connect your imagination and come up with something of your own. There are no restrictions here. But, of course, you can use the already known developments in this area.

Bilbock

Everyone knows a game where a ball tied to a stick must be thrown into a special bowl. This is the bilbock. Making such non-traditional physical education equipment with your own hands from improvised means is as easy as shelling pears. For this you will need:

  • plastic bottle with cap;
  • woolen thread;
  • packaging from Kinder Surprise;
  • decorations.

First you need to cut off the bottom from plastic containers. It is advisable to do this so that there are no pointed ends left. A hole is made in a yellow egg from a kinder using an awl, where a thread is threaded. So that it does not jump out, a knot is tied at its end. The second end of the rope is threaded through the neck and twisted together with the lid. In order to make the bilbock more colorful and attractive, it must be pasted over with a bright ribbon. You can use printed pictures, sequins and beads.

Games with bilbock help develop reaction and coordination of movements.

Pouch

It would seem, how to use it? But he can find a lot of applications. For example, bags can be placed on the head so that the children keep their posture at all times. Since problems with spinal curvature are becoming more common, such exercises will be very useful. You can sew a bag from ordinary dense fabric. Filler will be salt or sand.

Magic bottle

A very simple product. To create it, you will need a transparent plastic bottle, a cocktail tube, confetti or foil.

You need to make a hole in the lid. There will be a tube going through. Small confetti, chopped foil or large sparkles are placed in the bottle itself.

The child should inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth into the tube. So he masters the correct breathing technique and follows the cheerful "fireworks" inside the bottle.

air football

Very interesting and simple game. To create such non-traditional physical education equipment with your own hands, you do not need a lot of materials. All you need is a large box lid (or just cardboard), a plastic cup, colored paper, glue, straws and a small ball.

It is also easy to do. The lid from the box (if it is not there, then you can simply make the sides of cardboard) are pasted over with green paper on the inside. So it will look like a field. The gate can be made from halves of a plastic cup. Goals are scored on such a field with the help of tubes. It is necessary to drive the ball into an impromptu gate with a stream of air.

Tunnel

With it, you can arrange a whole obstacle course. To create a tunnel, you need a large piece of fabric and thick wire. The fabric is sewn first. Then a few more small strips are attached on top across the tunnel. They will hide the wire so that the children do not get hurt.

Animal racing

Using an ordinary ribbon, a beautiful stick and a soft toy, you can make an exciting game that will help develop fine motor skills in your child's hands. A soft toy is tied at one end, and a handle is tied at the other end. It is important that the tapes are all the same size. The task is simple: you need to turn the handle, winding a rope around it. So the toy beast will slowly pull itself up to the baby. You can arrange whole competitions.

Robin Hood

By using non-traditional equipment in physical education, with your own hands you can arrange a whole throwing tournament. You don't need a bow and arrow to become a real Robin Hood. Just a tray of eggs, paints and packages from "Kinder" is enough. We decorate the tray so that it looks like a target. That is, in the center there should be a small square painted red. It will be an apple. Next is a slightly larger yellow circle, and then a green one. Instead of throwing arrows, it will be necessary to throw packages from the Kinder. Such interesting game helps to develop coordination of movements, accuracy and dexterity.

The game of bilbock soft materials. Master class with step by step photos.

Author: Golovenko Natalya Sergeevna, teacher-organizer of MAU DO "Center for additional education for children" Luch ", Perm.

Target: production of props for competitions, game programs.
Tasks:
1. Make new entertainment for children's holiday.
2. Decorate the game for a certain theme.
3. Promote the improvement of DIY props making skills.

The master class is intended for teachers of additional education, teachers-organizers, educators of preschool institutions. This bilbock soft toy is made of simple and available materials. Promotes the development of dexterity, attentiveness, accuracy, observation.

Equipment: fabric of the desired color, needle, threads, pattern of the required size, isolon or foam cut, Velcro, 2 square pairs, satin ribbons for decoration, satin ribbon for attaching the ball, plastic ball, long needle, tailor's chalk, sewing machine if possible.
Bilbock is a toy in the form of a cup and a ball tied to it.
The objective of this game is to hit the ball into the cup to which it is attached. In my teaching activities, I use this game as a competition between concert numbers or when the children are tired in class. Ideal for eliminating silence in a hall or other audience when there are hitches and you need something to entertain those present. In addition to the children's audience, the game is also suitable for adult company- corporate parties, anniversaries, weddings.
Since the toy is made of soft materials, it is safe for children. preschool age.
Adjusting the width of the cup allows the toy to be used with children from 3 years old and helps to create a situation of success. The game has proven itself in this modification when working with children with disabilities.
The unfolding toy is easy to transport. When unfolded, it takes up less space.

Main materials:

To begin with, we prepare a pattern for the product. This is a semicircle with a diameter of 19 cm. If you wish, you can make a pattern of any size you need. I chose this size because it is the most suitable for children. It is comfortable to hold and easier to hit.
According to the pattern, we circle the double-folded piece of fabric.

Add an allowance for the seam - 5 mm., Cut it out.

Now, according to the pattern, we draw show jumping on isolon. Isolon was purchased at a hardware store. Sold by the metre. Instead of isolon, you can use, if not a pity, a tourist rug. Cut straight along the line.

Total: 3 parts. 2 parts fabric, 1 part isolon. A pattern has also been added to the photo.

On the sewing machine(or manually) we sew two parts of the fabric from the wrong side, leave 6 cm not stitched to insert the isolon. In the photo, this place is marked in pink.

We turn the product on front side. We insert isolon into the left not stitched hole. For convenience, it is better to roll it into a tube.

We straighten the isolon inside the product, carefully sew up the hole.

For the convenience of the following actions, we mark the side number on the product with chalk: 1 and 2.

On the first side on the right, we sew 2 Velcro squares - the soft part. I use exactly 2 squares to adjust the size of the cup, depending on the age and capabilities of the player - wider, narrower.

On the second side on the right, sew the sharp part of the Velcro on top.

Before attaching the balloon to the cup, you need to connect it with a ribbon. This will require a large needle. We insert the tape into the ear and pierce the plastic ball through and through.

We pull the ribbon through the ball, tie a knot at one end of the ribbon.

We sew the second side of the tape to the rounded edge of the toy.

Now we fold it like a bag, fix it with the help of Velcro to the desired width of the cup.

In order for the Bilbock toy to be interesting in appearance, we decorate it in the style appropriate for the event. For a birthday - flowers, butterflies; on the New Year- snowflakes; for the autumn holiday - leaves, etc.

Thus, the bilbock "sits" in the hand.

Crafts from plastic bottles can be very different. Today we will tell you how to make a popular children's toy "Bilbock" (aka "Catch the Ball") out of them. Any kid will love this item. Event progress:

Educator: Dear parents! First, I would like to introduce you to the toy itself and its origin. Bilbock is an old game that appeared in France in the 19th century and has not lost its appeal to this day. The name "bilbock" comes from the French bilboquet (bille - a ball + bouquer - to hook on the horns).

Rules of the game: holding the toy by the base stick, you need to toss and catch the ball into the recess of the bowl. The winner is the one who scores the most hits in a certain time.

Another option: several people play. It is necessary to throw the ball up and catch it in a cup or on a pin. One point is awarded for this. Catch the ball in turn until you miss. The one who misses passes the bilbock to the next player. The winner is the one who scores the agreed number of points first.

Today I suggest you make this exciting toy yourself.

Making the game "Bilbock".

The teacher distributes to parents pre-prepared material for making the game "Bilbock":

  • disposable cup;
  • rope;
  • scissors;
  • glue;
  • foil;
  • cotton wool

Together with the teacher, parents make the game in stages:

Stage 1 . We take the foil 20x20, crumple the cotton wool (you can use the cork from the bottle).

Stage 2. We put it on the corner of the foil and begin to wrap it towards the center.

Stage 3. In the center add a rope and a drop of glue.

Stage 4. We continue to wrap the foil, giving it the shape of a ball.

Stage 5 We make a hole in the bottom of the glass with scissors (for safety reasons, we insert the scissors into the inside of the glass).

Stage 6 We turn the glass over and thread the edge of the rope into the glass.We stretch the rope through the glass and tie a knot at the end.

Stage 7. We pull the ball so that the knot returns to the bottom of the glass. The toy is ready!

Educator: Dear Parents! In conclusion, I would like to say that bilbock contributes to the development of such motor qualities as dexterity, quick reaction, and helps orientation in space, coordination of actions, trains the vestibular apparatus, influences the formation of moral and volitional qualities (restraint, perseverance). This game will appeal not only to children, but also to adults. Play together to develop hand skills and precise hand movements! Thank you for participating!

The game of Bilbock is an interesting, cheerful old game, who invented it and where it was first played is not known for certain. This game was most popular in the 19th century. Then everyone played - children and adults, rich and poor, women and men. Various tricks with a cone and a ball became so popular that soon the bilbock toy spread around the world, appeared in America, Asia, and Russia.

  • The Japanese liked the game so much that they decided to remake it for themselves. They organized a real sports school, and the game itself was given the name "Kendama". They even held competitions among adult men, awarding the winning players "gives" for skill.

Over time, this game has been a little forgotten. Now the game of bilbock is returning to us again. Despite the fact that it is quite simple, it perfectly develops speed of reaction, agility, coordination of movements, endurance. It is a good simulator of the vestibular apparatus and hand motility.

What does a bilbock look like?

Bilbock is simple toy. A small ball attached with a ribbon, rubber band or string to a cup or mug.

How to play bilbock?

The kid throws up the ball and catches it in a cup or glass.

  • It is not always possible to catch the ball the first time, you need to practice a little. When a child learns to play well right hand, complicate his task, let him play with his left. Catching the ball with the left hand is more difficult than the right, but also very interesting.
  • He can play by himself, but it's not so interesting, it's more fun and exciting to play with friends or parents.

If a small group of children gather, give each of them a bilbock toy. To make it more interesting, introduce an element of competition into the game. The winner will be the kid who first hits the ball in the cup. Or the one with the most hits.

  • You can buy a bilbock toy in a store, or you can make it yourself. After all, it's quite simple.

Bilbock can be made from different material- wood, plastic, vines. The simplest toy is made of paper.

  • We take a sheet of paper, fold the bag, cut off the excess to make a cone. We involve the kids in coloring the cone. The drawing can be anything, the main thing is that the baby should be fun and interesting.
  • We glue the edges of the cone using glue or tape.
  • We pass a rope or ribbon into the bead and tie a knot.
  • We attach the other part of the rope to the cone.
    The toy is ready!

But if you don’t like the homemade paper version or don’t want to cut and glue it, use a ready-made cup (a disposable colored cup).
To be more "glamorous" make it from plastic bottle.For this we need: a plastic bottle, a ribbon or an elastic band, a kinder container, acrylic paints, a brush, an awl.

  • At the plastic bottle, cut off the bottom so that we get a bowl. We apply a sheet of paper to the cut line, and a hot iron on top. Now the edges will not be so sharp and will not hurt the baby.
  • We color the plastic bowl with colored adhesive paper or beautiful acrylic paints set aside to dry.
  • In the meantime, we are making a ball. The Kinder container can be left as it is, or you can paint it. We make a hole in the container with an awl, stretch the ribbon or rope, tie a knot and close the container.
  • Next, we cut out the wings, carefully connect the parts - we get a bee. If you cut out the fins, you get a fish.

It remains only to connect the bowl and the ball with an elastic band or ribbon - the bilbock toy is ready.
