The power range of UNIMAT UT-L three-pass fire-tube and smoke-tube boilers is from 750 to 19200 kW. Designed to work with gas, diesel and combination burners.
Boilers UT-L are represented by modifications for 2500, 3050, 3700, 4200, 5200, 6500, 7700, 9300, 11200, 12600, 14700, 16400, 19200 kW.

The UT-L model is particularly used in hospitals, apartment buildings, office buildings, and various industrial enterprises. In addition, the UT-L boiler is ideal for use as a backup or peak boiler in thermal power plants.

The reliability of the three-pass design of Unimat UT-L boilers has been repeatedly proven by examples of their long-term use in 140 countries around the world. The boiler is CE marked and its design and equipment comply with the European Pressure Vessel Directive. The boiler is certified in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union and is designed for use in temperatures up to 110 ° C and pressures up to 16 bar.

High quality mineral wool surface insulation minimizes radiative losses. At the request of the customer, the boiler can be equipped with a built-in or free-standing economizer, as well as a condensing heat exchanger. Standard design efficiency without flue gas heat exchanger is up to 95% and up to 105% when using a condensing heat exchanger.

Equipment level

The UNIMAT UT-L hot water boiler is offered as a fully functional unit complete with related components. The complete set of the equipment can freely vary and be configured according to requirements of the customer. The basic high-quality equipment includes the boiler body, burner unit, flue gas heat exchanger or condensing heat exchanger, as well as the control system and the safety devices connected to it, and the compact Control 8000 system.
Alternatively, it is also possible to choose a BCO boiler control system together with a control cabinet. All wire connections are already made in the built-in terminal block. Pre-assembled, labeled cable harnesses simplify the wiring of the boiler control cabinet with terminal box.

Design:

The flame tube ends with a rotary flue gas chamber, washed by water, which passes into the second pass of the fire tubes. In total, the boiler has three heat exchange passes: the first - in the boiler furnace (radiant heat exchange), the second and third - in the fire tubes of the boiler (convective). The location of the fire tubes in a circle ensures the optimal mode of passage of flue gases. Smoke tubes do not have internal turbulators that create additional resistance to the movement of combustion products. The combustion chamber, water space, radiant and convective heating surfaces are optimized and mutually coordinated.

The front door of the boiler opens completely. Depending on the preferences of the customer, the hinges can be located on the left or right. Thanks to the fully opening door of the boiler, it is possible to carry out a complete maintenance, cleaning and revision. The absence of turbulators in the pipes of the second and third passes reduces the labor intensity and time spent on routine maintenance of the boiler. For ease of use, a coordinated control system for the heating circuit, boiler and burner is used, depending on user requirements and design, adapted to various software applications. Using the functional module CMC-930 allows you to control the installation, which includes up to 8 boilers with overall or separate coordination of each of them.

Design overview

Boilers Bosch Unimat UT-L various models designed to burn natural gas or liquid fuels in accordance with the standard for the production of heat transfer fluid low pressure. The versatility of application is achieved by the ability to complete the design modules and additional equipment according to the needs of the user.

  • The casing of the boiler is made of structured (corrugated) aluminum sheet.

The body of the boiler consists of a cylindrical body located in the center of the flame tube, and around the circumference of the fire tubes of the second and third passes.

The fully hinged front door of the boiler opens to the right and left.
All seams of the boiler are made by automatic welding. All tests and complete acceptance of equipment are carried out at the factory.

Possible configuration of the boiler:
1. VL direct flow flange spacer with safety fittings (flow sensor, maximum and minimum pressure switches, pressure gauge, temperature sensor sleeve);
2. Flange spacer for the return flow RL (sleeve for the temperature sensor and branch pipe for connecting the compensation pipeline);
3. Exhaust gas heat exchanger - economizer (possible execution as an integrated module);
4. LBC boiler control system (provides boiler power control, maintenance and regulation of the set coolant temperature);
5. Boiler control system LSC (cascade control in weather-compensated mode);
6. RT circulation device (mixing pump, motorized valve, shut-off valves);
7. Module for maintaining the boiler in a "hot" standby (pump, check valve, shut-off valves and valve with electric drive);
8. WTM water treatment module (control by timer or water quality).
The boilers can be equipped with Dreizler, Saacke, Weishaupt and Oilon burners.
