To transfer IPTV to an Android device, you need a transcoding system that will transfer IPTV not by multicast, but by a stream over HTTP.

Modern routers with Linux-based firmware like DD-WRT and Open-WRT already have a similar system, but if you have a budget router without transcoding support, you can organize your own proxy using a computer connected to a common network with an Android device.
