So why can't a quiet, inconspicuous person be willing to become a leader and start developing the appropriate qualities? “One has only to want, and one can collect stars from the sky…”.
Secondly, it seems to me that one should not blindly believe in the existence of fate and some kind of force that controls people. Man is a free creature, he has the right to choose and build his own life. There is no need to sigh sadly, doomedly: “Not destiny!” - no, unwillingness. Thirdly, you still need to understand: who is the leader. A leader is a strong personality with socially significant qualities, such as the ability to think clearly under any circumstances, in other words, composure; sociability, the ability to convince others, to lead, to direct them to a certain activity; a large number of experience.
