Line of solid fuel and combined boilers ZOTA Smoke - M consists of four products with a capacity of 12, 18, 20, 25 kW and is designed for autonomous heating residential and industrial premises. Coal or wood is used as fuel for the basic model of the boiler, and in the combined version, electricity serves as an additional source of energy. The operating experience of solid fuel boilers set the main directions for modifications that were made to the design of the previously produced Dymok boiler.
The main differences between the new series and the previous one are the changes made to the design of the boiler water jacket. Reinforcing channels were installed, which made it possible to operate the boilers in systems with an operating pressure of up to 3 atmospheres and withstand a short-term increase in pressure up to 4 atmospheres, preventing deformation of the boiler walls. The geometry of the furnace space has changed - the furnace has become longer, which made it possible to use fairly long logs in the process of heating with firewood. This design change was caused by objective operating conditions: a huge number of domestic boiler houses consume firewood as fuel, therefore a deep furnace gives more convenience to the consumer. The gas duct system has changed - it has become removable and round for ease of installation of the boiler and is equipped with a step-adjustable damper. One of the main advantages and the most expensive modification of the boiler was the loading and ash doors of a new design. Now they are gas tight. Thus, the combustion process has become longer and the consumer has the opportunity to more accurately regulate it. This creates additional comfort, as temperature differences are smoothed out.
All boilers have a G2” threaded hole for installation of a heating element supplied with the boiler at the request of the consumer.
Boilers "Dymok - M" can be equipped with block heating elements with a capacity of 3 or 6 kW, made of stainless steel.
Using the control panel, the consumer sets the temperature of the air and the coolant in such a way that when the boiler cools down, the block-heater is automatically turned on and the heating system is constantly in operation. Despite the fact that the power of the block is less than the rated power of the boiler, the heating element allows you to maintain the system's performance even under the most low temperatures throughout the heating season.
As the main source of heat supply, select a solid fuel boiler with a margin to its rated power for longer operation on one load of fuel. At the same time, the safety of the boiler and the heating system as a whole must be ensured.
