Compound:

0.7 kg pork tenderloin;
3-4 pcs. garlic cloves;
sour cream or cream with an average percentage of fat content;
100 g of hard cheese;
200 g of champignons;
salt and spices.

Cooking:

Preparing chilled pork tenderloin.

All meatloafs are prepared in much the same way. The only difference is in the preparation of the filling. We suggest you make rolls with mushroom filling. And for a change, add cheese and ham.

We will stew meat rolls in wine sauce. By the way, do not worry, during the heat treatment, alcohol vapors disappear, and you can safely treat children to such a dish.

I present to you my next masterpiece - pork rolls stuffed with mushrooms, onions, pears, which I baked in the oven with red wine.

The rolls turned out excellent - juicy, fragrant and with such a delicious filling.
It's easy to cook, and that's what lured me when I saw this recipe on the Internet. Rolls have been my story lately, I cook and cook different ones ... there are already so many recipes in the queue (when there is ... it’s just a disaster :)) but oh well, I’m sharing the recipe.
Product set is simple

I cut the pork into 1 cm wide layers and lightly marinated in a mixture of spices (salt, peppers), mustard, sour cream and honey.
While the pork is marinating - I took up the onion
Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings

All crumbled, proceed to the preparation of the filling
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until translucent

The oven is preheated to 180 degrees, set the rolls to bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we observe the following result - fat has melted from the rolls, this contributes to a good roasting of the rolls in the future

It's time for wine - you need to carefully pour wine over the rolls

We put the rolls back in the oven for another 25 minutes. We continue to bake. Aromas are simply fantastic soaring through the kitchen.
