How to work with the emulator
To work with this emulator, download the archive below. Unzip it. Next, run fceu.exe. After launch, some service files will appear in the directory with the emulator. The emulator window will appear on the screen ( picture 1). Unfortunately, this Dandy emulator is in English.

Paragraph open allows us to open files with the games themselves.
Exit - closes the emulator (similar to pressing the right button "Exit" in Windows).
tab NES:- power off (same as reboot).
Both points apply in the event of a “freeze” of games.
Config- here is the most important point - Input.
It allows you to customize the control on the emulator. In the first window, select gamepad, next button Configure and before us is the layout of two gamepads that we configure on the keyboard. To customize the buttons, click on the keys with the mouse, and then click the desired button for the keyboard action and mark the close button.
Network Pla y- allows you to drive network game on this emulator.
The emulator also has debugging and tricky game management capabilities (see tabs Cheats and Debugger).
After you have downloaded the file with the Dendy game, you also need to download the emulator, i.e. program that will open the file itself. For more details, read below.
Emulators D endy- These are special programs that, as it were, reproduce the operation of the set-top box on your personal computer. A cartridge (game) is a file with the extension “nes”, which is also called rum. Roma are also very diverse, there are multi-game games, there are also Roma with one game.
Logical conclusion: you can't play dandy games without an emulator, just like you can't play in an emulator without "nes" extension files.
In general, until the end of the 90s, no one even thought about any emulators, everyone calmly played the console itself. But at that time, quite powerful PCs (at that time) began to appear, which had enough resources to run the emulator. American enthusiasts realized in time what was happening ... and around the same time, the first programs began to appear that allowed you to play dandy on a personal computer.
Well, at present there are just a great many emulators for dandy. There is no point in listing all of them. They differ from each other in the quality of compatibility with the original games, the demands on PC resources (don't laugh), as well as the presence of additional features, such as audio or video recording of the game during its passage.

1) VirtuaNES- This is an excellent nes emulator that supports a large number of roms, has many settings, provides great sound and an equally attractive picture.

2) Nestopia- One of the best dendy emulators. Quite demanding on computer resources (comparatively), it requires at least Pentium 2. 3) FCEU- Also a very popular and generally good dandy emulator. Supports most roms, produces a good picture and sound.

How to run Dandy games on Windows 10
